The pages you'e seen so far have been filled with pictures detailing the rather abysmal state of the Carrabbas in Westminster, CO. This page is going to have more questions than answers. But let's start with what we can know.

The general manager of this establishment is a man named Parker Brown, who's smiling face you see in the corner of the website. According to his LinkedIn profile, in addition to managing Carrabbas, he also serves as Chairman of: the Jefferson County Liquor Licensing Authority; the City of Westminster License and Permit Board; and the Westminster Chamber of Commerce.

As a managing partner for Carrabba's Italian Grill in Westminster, he is responsible for making sure his restaurant is, at the very least, clean and up to food safety standards.

But what about the health inspections? Mr Brown certainly appears to be very well connected. But that, in and of itself, is not proof of anything. But it does warrant us to ask some hard questions:

• Why did the county health inspection not catch what we have documented here?
  
  • Are they incompetent, or did they turn a blind eye due to Mr Brown's status?
• Does Mr Brown use his influence to enrich himself in other ways?
• Given the state of his restaurant, should Mr Brown be in charge of so many important boards?
